Is there something you want in life that you would like to be able to make happen, or create? In this session, you will learn 3 key Principles of Manifestation, and sit in a Manifestation Meditation practice that will help you ease your mind, body and spirit, and help you draw what you want to you.
This session can be adapted from 60-minutes t0 a full day workshop, depending on how deeply the Principles or Steps are explored and how experiential the session is intended to be.
Yoga From Your Seat
Do you work at a desk? Do you watch TV? Do you ever fly in a plane or take the train? If you do any of these things while sitting down, then this session is for you! Bring more ease to your body, mind, and spirit, with this 2-hour session that will provide: an overview of the benefits of yoga, simple breathing exercises, and yoga poses that can be done while seated in a chair.
This is a great session for people new to yoga or people working in an office setting and don't want to change into yoga clothes. This session is easily adapted or combined, for example, with a longer introductory presentation on yoga or a Manifestation Now! session (see description above).

This is my signature circle. I believe in living life heart-first. Not mushy, gushy, or broken heart, but healthy, healed, strong, loving heart. When you are in your power, your heart can lead with purpose and discernment. You make decisions from ease and alignment rather than forcefulness or stress. This healing circle is a true gift.
