Yoga

In yoga, the inquiry into Self begins with the BODY.  No two bodies are the same.  By taking time to listen to your body as you fill it with conscious breath, and feel, you discover what your body has to tell you.  You can notice where your body is holding tension or stress, and you then have the opportunity to let it gooooo.....  

Meanwhile, you build strength, flexibility and focus, as you also cultivate the ability to be fully present, whatever you may be experiencing. 

In the end, you grow more familiar with  your body, with deep relaxation, peace and acceptance - qualities required for authentic healing and living a happy, authentic life.



I offer small group yoga classes, and wellness workshops and retreats. You can contact me for private or small group sessions for your organization, as well as for a day-long or multi-day retreats.

If coming out to class is not right for
​you, or you just want to enjoy yoga with people you know, gather some friends together and enjoy a private session.
