In yoga, the inquiry into Self begins with the BODY. No two bodies are the same. By taking time to listen to your body as you fill it with conscious breath, and feel, you discover what your body has to tell you. You can notice where your body is holding tension or stress, and you then have the opportunity to let it gooooo.....
Meanwhile, you build strength, flexibility and focus, as you also cultivate the ability to be fully present, whatever you may be experiencing.
In the end, you grow more familiar with your body, with deep relaxation, peace and acceptance - qualities required for authentic healing and living a happy, authentic life.

I offer small group yoga classes, wellness workshops, and retreats. You can contact me for private or small group sessions for your organization or corporate wellness activity, as well as for a day-long or multi-day retreats. You can also gather some friends together and enjoy a private session, if coming out to class is not right for you, or you just want to enjoy a yoga party with people you know. |
