I did all the achieving. I got a good education. I gained success as a lawyer. I checked the boxes.... But I knew there was more I needed to feel fulfilled and really be able to contribute to the world. I needed to write poems, dance, colour outside the lines, speak truth to power, and live all the edges of myself. I needed to reclaim many abandoned pieces of me and integrate my intellectual, logical Self with my deeply intuitive, spiritual, heart-centered Self. That's the only way I could step into my full power and live the highest version of me.

While I was accomplishing what the world asked of me, I disrespected my heart. It took many experiences and many years to find my way back to ME. It's now my honour and privilege to offer INNER ACTIVATION Coaching and Mentoring to uplift and empower others on an accelerated path to living their authenticity, and being all of themselves out loud.

My INNER ACTIVATION approach combines Body, Mind, Spirit and Strategy, so my clients experience quick, transformative results - and best of all, results that last!
I create a heart-centered, safe space for high performers: leaders, lawyers, entrepreneurs, artists, creatives and healers, who all reach out to me to help unlock their inner power, overcome obstacles and experience genuine fulfillment.
One of my special gifts is for seeing the magic and potential in people, while astutely perceiving what's holding them back and keeping them from beaming their brightest inner light. I then have a laser-focused ability to offer real-world strategies for fast healing and success!
I learned a lot on my high performance path as a lawyer, wellness advocate, yoga and meditation teacher, and trauma-informed change management specialist, while also enjoying the study of holistic and integrative medicine. Now I'm here to share what I've learned in support of you living the Highest Version of YOU!
